We do not charge per meter, we offer several basic packages that includes everything to get you going. However, it is always possible to create a customized package to suit your needs.

Drilling a borehole is typically a 3 step process;

 

Step1: Finding water or water divining. We do not use traditional methods such as branches, wires or stones. We use electronic equipment that can generate an underground profile and estimate depth, based on the data obtained we select the best possible position to drill the borehole. This does not guarantee water, the quality or the amount, but simply the best possible position to find water on your property.

Step2: Drilling and casing the hole. We drill to the determined level and fully case the hole from top to bottom. Many other contractors only case the first few meters until it's into the solid bedrock, we don't if its 60meters deep then 60meters casing. Between the hole itself and the casing, we put a gravel pack to filter out any finer particles that would find its way into the pump over time. We use PVC casing and not steel that will rust over time.

Step3: Borehole development. Developing is done by continuous hard pumping of the water, this flushes out any drill cuttings left from the drilling process. Also, it opens up some of the veins that might have been blocked off during the drilling process. Developing increases overall yield and prepares the hole for fitting the pump. Based on the inflow of water, and the total amount of water known, a recommendation can be made on the size of the pump needed.
